A horrible experience. A bunch of liars and thieves. Delay and hiding tactics. Pretending their server is done when I call to resolve my refund issue even though I am looking at the same account on-line on their server when I call. Do not reply to emails or calls. Have never refunded me my $199.00 and despite that still have never provided me with my download link to the software if they insist, as they do, that they won't give me the refund I am entitled to. I checked with Better Business Bureau in Florida and their are already dozens of complaints against them. Stay away. Put them out of business by letting them rot in their own unethical mess. |

I received the wrong Windows operating system. It was suppose to be Windows MediaCenter 2005,but it was version 2002. I tried calling only to get a busy signal. This kept up for months. I was fighting Hodgkin's lymphoma for most of 2007 and could not keep trying to contact them. Fighting to live was my first priority. At the end of 2007 I was well, I tried calling, busy lines, both local and 800 lines. They will not answer email. I sent a registered letter, they refused to accept it. I can't access their website either. This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. I hope this is passed on to the merchant. |

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Wow! Talk about a rip off. Considering making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. These guys are MIA. Purchased Windows Small Business Software 2003 with Service Pack 1. Recieved software w/ 1 disk missing and wrong version (no Service Pack 1) Tried to contact for the last 3 weeks with no success. Phone is always busy and no response to e-mails. Try chatting with their on-line operators...None available! ever! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! |

I liked the shopping cart, the fact that you are not required to log in, their emphasis on their "Happiness Guarantee" and that they have their toll-free number posted prominently on every page (a deal-breaker if they don't). |

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY!!! They sent me a defective external hard drive, did not send me a new one for 4 months. Then they re-sent me the exact same defective hard drive. Now, they do not even refund me. They do not answer any phone calls!!! |

Ordered 5user ETrust Antivirus software; they sent me 3 OEM copies?? Now their Customer Service phone# is in 'try back later' mode, Online Chat is turned off and nobody is responding to my emails. Assume they are out of business and shop elsewhere. I paid by Paypal; BIG MISTAKE, since its almost impossible to get those slugs to help out. |

I had to go though paypal because on their page it said that i did not pay for the product which i did pay for it like a week age though paypal. Then they send me a message sorry that they had problems with their system and paypal. So they shipped me a product. I ordered Item number I orderd Product Number C5E-00001 which is the full retail version of visual studio professional 2005. They send me an email two days ago that a item number C5E-00114 was shipped which is not what I ordered but all i got was some cds with a sticker with item number C5e-00076 which is totally different from the email they send me and what I ordered. Now I don't know how to get my money back because they don't respond to emails or phone calls!!! |
