Used as boot and data drive RIG = ASUS P8Z68-VPro w/2700k CPU, 16G. Like the speed, have a Alien laptop with non-Pro and access is noticeably faster. Need to tweak new install settings but base install is decent.

Jaw-Dropping Speed!
I have a mid-2010 MacBook Pro and was tired of the sluggish performance. Just as I was about to shell out for a new laptop I thought I would give the Samsung 840 PRO a try. Easy to install. Unbelievable improvement. Seems faster now than my Mac Pro tower.
